Cancellation Policy

Appointments only:

We understand that schedules can change unexpectedly and sometimes this is unavoidable. We always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. 
Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment or fail to attend for any reason with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will incur a full session fee and no refund will be paid.  

If you cancel your appointment by providing sufficient minimum notice, we will refund the amount paid by you for the cancelled session. Please be aware refunds may take up to 10 days to process. 

We send out appointment confirmations and reminders to help you remember your appointment date and time.

 

Resources and Packages

Purchases of any available packages, materials and resources are non-refundable for any reason.

All intellectual property in the packages, materials and resources you purchase belongs to Baby Steps Physiotherapy or has been licensed to Baby Steps Physiotherapy. These resources are for personal use and may not be shared with third parties.

Unless explicitly stated or agreed otherwise in writing, the packages, resources and materials you purchase may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited other than for your own personal use.

 

Our Right to Cancel

For reasons beyond our control (illness, IT issues or problems with hosting providers), we may need to amend or cancel your appointment, even after it has been confirmed and paid for. We will contact you as soon as possible if this happens and endeavour to reschedule or offer a full refund.

 

Lateness

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out the appointment. We will not be able to make up the time or overrun the appointment, to ensure we are not late for other patients. This will result in a shorter appointment session. We will endeavour to do what we can, as we understand that sometimes these situations cannot be helped. No partial refund will be available in these circumstances.

 

Payment

Payment for online appointments is required in full via the website on booking.

Payment for face-to-face appointments can be made in advance via the website, at your appointment via card payment or via bank transfer. We accept all major debit/credit cards for payment, as well as contactless cards and devices.

Payment for packages, materials and resources is required via the website on purchase.

Special Offers

Baby Steps Physiotherapy reserves the right to cancel any promotions/special offers at any time. Promotions/special offers have no monetary value and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/special offers.
